I am new to this site so please bear with me.  I am an advanced amateur enthusiast and have always worked in Canon Raw Files.  I recently downloaded a trial copy of C1pro and was very impressed by its features.  I purchased the copy but when I try to enter the Product Key as it appears on the email confirmation, the program crashes.  I have sent several crash reports to Phase One, but I wonder if anybody has done a work around or a solution yet.  I run Windows Vista Ultimate on a an AMD dual core machine with 4gb of RAM.  I have had NO trouble with the trial program but have only slightly more than two weeks left!!Any help would be greatly appreciated.  My personal email is mike-lori@nicholas3.com if you would rather not post to the blog.Thanks again -- Mike
