So the logical question that comes to mind after the rumor that the Nikon EVIL digital camera will have a DX sensor is “Why not an FX sensor option?”
Sure, it’ll cost more, and appeal to a smaller market.
But if priced accordingly and done right, it WOULD be a good seller and yield Nikon a tidy little profit. I’d be interested in one, as I’m sure many other photographers would be.
Imagine the power of the D3s in a small compact EVIL camera!
I’m salivating. Really… just drooled on my keyboard.
Make it SUPER quiet too, and I’m all over this puppy as a prime lens camera, ESPECIALLY for weddings! Kind of like everything you loved about the Leica years ago meets modern times but better.
