An ingenious person has turned his beloved 35mm Canon AE-1 SLR into a digital camera! The film back now has a color LCD display. The AE-1 Digital packs 9 megapixels of resolution, image stabilization, and 4GB of internal memory. There’s even a zoom feature, USB slot, even a built-in microphone. Kudos to this one. It’s definitely up for the Clever Awards!

The video was way too short & had no details on how the camera was converted. I just bought a Rebel 2000 for dirt cheap and want to do the same thing. I’m good woth tools, not afraid to dismantle if necessary and would appreciate a how-to.
