network speed

With 9 computers networked using CAT5 and a switcher, and now with wireless, 8 of them have always been quick to respond when I address them. One computer has not. It always takes anywhere from 20 to 50 seconds for the connection to show me the folders available and to continue. Once I click onto it's c: drive, speed is normal as I go into lower file levels... until I go backwards to the main level where all of the drives are listed. At that point, it is the same as when I addressed the computer from across the network again... another 20 to 50 seconds.

This happens from all workstations. Any suggestions?

Larry
