DVD Presentation

Have a request for a DVD presentation. What programs allow me to do this? Will the customer be able to display this presentation without buying or obtaining new software to do so? Thanks - Ed

Re: DVD Presentation

Just off hand I can think of Pro Show Gold, which has various modes of presentation which would be self contained on the DVD, so that no external software would be required.

There may be some others pop up here.

Re: DVD Presentation

I second the ProShow Gold recommendation. It works very well for me.

Re: DVD Presentation

I'll add a 3rd referral for Photodex software. Depending how much work you do, Pro Show Gold is good however, Pro Show Producer is my choice. Later, you may elect to purchase their DVD additive called Wedding Essentials. They have some very good tutorials on their site. There is a learning curve but not bad. Heres the site: Photodex - Photo Slide Show and Presentation Software - Create Photo DVD Slide Shows I use it for Weddings, Special Events and for Commercial/Corporate presentations etc. Another option is Adobe Premier, but I don't know that it has the copy protection your looking for. Good hunting, Paul

Re: DVD Presentation

I second Pro Show Producer. It is a step above Pro Show Gold. I'm still learning how to use it. Awsome program.

Re: DVD Presentation

If you do not have any experience using any of these programs, I would recommend Pro Show Gold instead of Producer. While Producer is wonderful, it is very complicated and takes some time to learn. Pro Show Gold is very easy to work with and has a lot of options to present a great DVD.
