I LOVE the black background!
One comment about the outside panels. The only image that appears to bleed to an edge is the left side of the image of the B&G by the fountain, otherwise all other sides don't appear to bleed to the edges. Was this a conscious decision?
I would suggest a consistent approach, either bleed all edges (except the bottom of the stairwell image-to make room for the text), or inset everything.
Did you crop any of the bottom of the stairwell image out? If so one option would be to leave it in and place the text over top of it--perhaps on semi-opaque screen on top of the stairwell to make the text more readable.
If you're designing more brochures in the future, something that's helped me learn is the online magazine
Before & After. They've got a tremendous amount of insight and do a very good job of presenting ideas in an easy to understand manner.
All the best!
