First wedding album take two (feedback welcome)

Hi all,

I've taken the advice that's been given and reworked the spreads that I have. As a reminder, I've done 3 weddings from start to finish and the ceremony, portraits and family shots for 2 more. My challenge is to come up with some designs that show off my best images to create an album to use for marketing purposes.

The suggestions were to make the album shorter, use fewer and bigger pictures, and not to mix different events in the same album. I've divided up my existing spreads into three folders. One (Stefany and Pax) has a complete album from one wedding, one (Erin and Dave) has close to enough for a full album, and the final one has all my spreads from all my weddings organized by subject.

I've posted the new spreads at a special site separate from my full site:

album revise

Any and all feedback is welcome.

Thumbs up Re: First wedding album take two (feedback welcome)

I think that you are really doing a great job! My only critique is that I would not do so many pages with white backgrounds (specifically on the Stephanie and Pax album). Of course, that could just be my preference. They just aren't as exciting as the other pages without white backgrounds. If you have a very busy page, then perhaps you may want to stick with white or black. I really LOVE the page with the rainbow, nice touch. Keep up the good work!

I have to agree on the plain white, otherwise everything looks great. Maybe simply put a soft texture with a slight off-white in place of the pure white.

I realize it's a month later, but have you removed the sample album pages? I can't find them at the link, and I'm interested to take a peek.
