Age

Hi Everyone. And another hi to all how went to the Spicer Hallfield open day yesterday.

One thing that struck me at the event was the age of the visitors. We are often discussing the number of new shooters coming into the field, and I always have in my mind a vision of a college graduate aged person.

So at what age did you come into the photography business?

Wow..again.. two months after my 17th birthday when I joined the Navy and went to photography school

I shot my first wedding at age 14 as an assistant and began shooting solo at 15. OMG, I've been doing this longer than most of my brides have been born!!

I started in hospitality doing weddings at 17 and got into wedding photography from there.
