e-mail list management

Hi All,

I want to automate email lists, which I now do manually, both adding and removing names from the list as well as sending. What programs or software do you use for this? I just want something basic and simple, all I really need is to have software that automatically adds the new emails and removes the unsubscribe requests. I have seen monthly fees of about $25-$50 for basic list management.
