D1X Camera Curves, please help.

I finally updated my Nikon Capture because I am starting to do weddings again (for the first time since digital). In the past I played with loading custom curves into my D1X to simulate different processes.
Now I wan't to put in a curve to knock back the highlights a bit for weddings. My question is do those of you who do this (and how many of you do) do it on your own, or is there somewhere to download a set of curves that work well?

Thank you,
Robert

I don't do this.. but would be curious to find out as well... but you may want to ask this question in the Nikon specific form further up. You'll probably get more replies.

Don't worry about custom curves in the D1x, it's fine in it's standard form. Set the contrast to low, turn off the in camera sharpening, and set the rear LCD to "blinkies". When you check the LCD, the dress should look white, but not have any "blinkies" showing. Add contrast, saturation, and sharpening as needed in Photoshop after the fact, and Bob's your uncle.

Weird..I've also been trying to find info on this for a while. I've found a site dedicated to this..for a D-100..Google for "D-100 Wedding Curve". Queries I've made to the site's creator re: D1X have gone unanswered. The "wedding curve" for the D-100 apparently extends the usable dynamic range by about 2 stops...perfect.
No one seems to know about it for a D1X, tho. Nikon is strangely vague about it, too..only mentioning that it can be done from N/C...but nothing about how/why/where. (Well, I KNOW why..:-) )
Please add me to your respondee list..and I'll do likewise

What I was referring to was actually called the "White Wedding Curve"...marketed by Fotogenic. This tutorial referrs to "hundreds" of curves available to download
