He basically said the auto white balance wasn't working well when he used it for the first time.
But the D70 worked great. If I am correct the D2H can use three white balance sensors, or at least two and you can choose how it uses them.
Also, as a Nikon shooter I only shoot in RAW and fix white balance later. This should be even easier in the D2H since files are smaller.
Gary Fong's only conclusion so far is that the auto white balance doesn't work as good as the Fuji cameras. That should be no surprise. Also, he only shoots JPEG. Also he says the dynamic range isn't very deep. this could be a real problem.
My point, I don't think this is the definitive answer to your question. Keep looking. You might look over on Nikonians, there are a couple of photographers who have started using the D2H for weddings. If you can live with the slow autofocus, the D70 (or three of them at the price) looks like the camera to have at the moment. .
