Sorry guys, my mistake, of course I have desktop with 21" Nokia monitor, laptop will be there to show clients images and letting them choose prints and/or resolution etc.

Should I get CF-reader that supports FW 1394, I could hook it to both desktop and laptop. Has anyone done that already, is the speed worth of extra cost??

Any tips where to get information about monitor calibrating (I¥ve heard it¥s not only expensive but onerous as well)

How much this spyder cost and does it require computer science PhD level of knowledge to use??

BTW, I will get my studio up and running in a couple of months time, and I ALREADY have assignments booked!! I don¥t know the situation in Sweden but I can tell you that there aren¥t too many freelancer portable digital studio operators (I just created the title)here in Finland.

I bought mine from Digitalx3 in Gˆteborg, and i paid 6500 SEK.
You do not need a degree to operate it, (I haven't even finished "gymnasiet")
I suppose there should be a dealer in Finland which is selling the spyder.
