I just received one of the Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L IS USM lenses from Ben, I highly recommend purchasing from him. He made the transaction very smooth and was very trustworthy.

I was an international buyer and as such had to take his word on the condition of the gear. He was more then happy to answer my many questions about the condition of the gear and questions that I asked to put my mind at ease. When I received this lens I was very happy that it was exactly as he had described and functioned perfectly (as expected).

As for shipping he sent the package to me (in Australia) by FedEx "International Priority Service" fully insure for the value of new replacement at no extra charge.

During the whole process Ben was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease many times during this transaction. Thank you very much for the bargain and I would be more than happy to deal with again in future.
