FS: Nikon 400mm AFS 2.8 version 1

I have for sale a Nikon 400mm AFS version 1 for sale, included is the hard carrying case and a rain jacket. If the selling price meets I will include a 1.4TC AF-I or AF-S Nikon tele-converter.
