Tripper question

Tripper question
When I connect my Tripper to the computer, I get a message on the Tripper display screen that says, "Key Operation is not Received". The unit seems to work fine. I can read my CF card and read the Tripper HD. Does anyone know what the message means?

It means that since it is plugged in to your computer, the Tripper menu function button is inoperable.
