I've been away for a few days and didn't notice the responses to this thread until just now.
Thank you to everyone who commented, and I'm happy that you folks enjoyed looking at the photos.
For Muse, who asked about settings... the setup (i.e. Camera/lens), and also the exif data for each shot, are shown in the gallery under each photo. If you do not see the settings below the photo, look for a link there that says "full exif". Clicking on that link will display the exif data for all the photos unless you later turn it off by clicking the link to hide the exif data.
I used a Canon 1D Mark IIN camera for most of them, with the EF 300L f2.8 lens, and some also had a 1.4x extender attached. I shot anywhere from wide open to around f8. You can see the details on any specific photo by looking at the exif data below it. I also shot some with a 100-400L IS f5.6 lens and also used a 40d on some. But I don't remember which are which without looking at the exif data myself. I don't remember if I posted some with each of the different setups I used or not.
