Okay, how do I fix this? I don't look so purdy. I have a resizer, Microsoft. I can the the file size down but the smallest it will go is like 240x680 pixels. It will be like 11kb at that size though.

Or anyone want me to email my photo and have them get it ready for the avatar? Thank you.

Well, Rick and I came to an understanding. I am a photographer, not a plastic surgeon, and Rick found those conditions satisfactory. (This is the same advice I got from my barber, when I complained that I was still ugly after my haircut).
