I paid my money and haven't heard from Drew since. I sent him two emails requesting confirmation and haven't heard from him. What is going on? I may be out $95.

It's not a scam. Drew is obviously busy at something and may not have checked his e-mail lately.

Sometimes I may go a whole day without checking my e-mail or this board.

I can assure you that Drew will not stiff you. I can't assure when or if Drew will check his e-mail today. You will get a response when Drew checks his e-mail.

Dennis, thank you for your replies. I sent Drew my first email regarding no confirmation a week ago January 19th. Do you think we might need to send someone by his house to check on him. That would mean he hasn't checked his email in a week. I am starting to worry!

I am sorry I missed your emails. Please use the "contact us" form when trying to contact me. The drew@ address is primarily for sending out emails now. I do try to go through them, but it takes a good while. As you can imagine with around 23,000 emails going out there are a ton of out of office and automated replies, failures, etc.

If you surf to http://www.prophotohome.com/forum/payments.php when logged in you should see that your account was updated for an additional 5 years on 1-17-08.

I am also running behind on all emails right now because I am trying to get the finishing touches done on The Color Parrot product review. Once this is done I can start filling orders.

Thank you for supporting the site and for going out on a limb to purchase a product without being able to see it.

Lord willing, if the product is successful enough, perhaps I can hire a little help to keep a closer eye on the day to day emails and other activities. Thanks so much to Dennis and all our moderators for helping out in the forum.
