avatar issues in ProPhoto Home

I'm wondering why I can't get my avatar to show up when I try up upload it (in my CP). I'm meeting the requirements, "The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 488.3 KB (whichever is smaller)."

Any suggestions?

Curtis

Re: avatar issues in ProPhoto Home

I have found the avatar parameters to be picky. It seems you have to upload a jpeg with exactly 80 x 80 dimensions for it to work properly.

If you are still having trouble after trying this, please feel free to attach it to an email to me and I will see if I can get it going.

Hi Drew,

It's still not working for me. I tried sending you a private message, but couldn't find where I was supposed to attach the problem avatar. I also tried sending you an email, but a message came up saying that you did not want to receive emails...

I tried pasting an image in a Private message, but it asked for a URL, and I don't know what to put in for that as the image resides locally on my computer.

Be sure to replace the word AT with the regular @ symbol.

Hi Curtis,

Sorry for the trouble. There was some strange error going on because you had two accounts in the system. I deleted the old account and now everything uploads and works fine.
