Pros:
small lite weight, inexpensive
Cons:
slow, has distortions
This was one of the first lenses I purchased and it has survived a lot.
Over time it has developed lens flop (front of lens goes down as you zoom in) and the lens will not stay at any zoom setting it slids in and out fairly easily with gravity.
I still use it as a kayaking/canoeing lens where I do not want to risk anything expensive.
