DPP version 3.4.1 does work well on my MacPro running Leopard. The added lens correction filter with chromatic aberration adjustment is a nice feature. The updated EOS utility restored the tethering function that apparently was corrupted with OSX10.5 update (works with my 1Ds anyway).
Noel, have you seen the latest Mac vs PC commercial with the cheerleaders?

If you have Time Machine set up and running in Leopard, you should have no fear of installing the DPP update. One of the great features of TM is the ability to restore one program or just one file if needed without having to go through a full system restore.

I had a previous version of the Canon DPP software screw up my operating system. Either that, or it was an odd coincidence. Since Capture One works fine, I'm in no big hurry.
