Red face Lightroom Problem. Anyone?

I've just moved my lightroom database folder from my laptop (getting too big) onto another drive (let's call it drive_B). .
This database is basically cataloguing a third drive (drive_C).
Once the Lightrrom database folder was on drive_B, just for good measure I had it sync the "STOCK" folder.
Now all the "parent" folders do not reflect the number of images within the nested folders.
???

Click on the Library drop-down, and check "Include Photos from Subitems".

The images should appear in the parent folder immediately, but it might take a while for the number to appear.

Yes, I seem to recall being curious about the function of that menu item!
Thanks a billion, John!
