Portrait software

Has any one tried Portrait Professional? I down loaded the trial version and it locked up my computer. I use a PC. Did anyone have this problem? I wish it would have worked because it looked like it could help.

Re: Portrait software

I use it in my studio, but I have had some probelms too. When I go from photoshop to PP the color changes dramatically but when I put it back in Photoshop its fine. I bought it originally for my home computer but I opened a photography studio and when I tried to use it there I couldn't down load it on my new computer. There response to my questions was slow and inaccurate. After trying unsuccessfuly for about a month to get a valid solution, I just bought it again to save further frustration. Of course after I bought it I got an email from them with a brief apology that they had indeed been giving me the wrong info. No refund though.

By the way when I asked them about the weird colors I get with their program they blamed it on my computer. Whatever.
