Capture NX With Capture ????

Capture NX With Capture ????
I currently have the last version of Capture installed on my Win XP Pro machine. Is there any problem also installing Capture NX, ( the full version, not a trial ) and having them both on the same computer?
I have heard conflicting answers.

I have both on my MAC, and they both work. However, I haven't tried to run them simultaneously.
