Color shifts from CR2 to jpeg

I made some full-sized jpegs from CR2 Raw images. The raw images were pretty good, but the skin tones on the jpegs are not good enough. The faces have a slight grey tinge. I was wondering what might be going on. Any suggestions? (Canon 5D, L lens)

If you are converting the files into a color space other than sRGB and viewing them in something that doesn't have color-space aware browsing (or doesn't include the color space), they'll look wrong, maybe way wrong.
