DPP 2.1 & Windows XP Problems

I just installed DPP 2.1 on my PC a few weeks ago and it seemed to be working just fine. Now I get an error message that says Windows (XP) has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. I tried to debug but that didn't work. I also uninstalled and reinstalled it but I still am having the same problem. Any body had this problem or know a solution?
Best,
J. Paul

No, and no. Works fine here. I've had 1.6 and 2.03 running before.

How sure are you DPP is the culprit? What did the error message say?

It very well could be an XP problem.

Re: DPP 2.1 & Windows XP Problems

I had the same problem and found the cause to be a third party software program used by Citi Bank to generate virtual credit card numbers for online purchases.

I removed the offending program from the system tray and DPP worked just fine.
