If I understand your question, you can change any of the CS2 ACR parameters to accommodate your camera's profile. You change the parameters and create a new profile based on them. For example, you can change any or all of the calibrate parameters, save them to a profile, and then apply them as necessary. Tom Fors ACR Calibrator program is quite helpful in this regard.
