Preserve original time stamp in raw conversion process in Photoshop:

I shoot with an S2 pro in raw mode and D70 in raw + basic. The basic Jpegs have a time stamp to allow chronilocal ordering but the jpegs resulting from raw fuji files postshoot have the time stamp of creation in PS as there date created field. Checked date picture taken also and it is blank. I tried changing by action to having a save instead of save as and using different options in the batch process but problem persisted. As it is preview sessions and web galleries show all D70 files first then S2 files. Help much appreciated.
