Sharpening Levels in C1 Software

Does any one have any general recomendations for the range of sharpness and threshhold levles to be used ordinarily? I understand this vayies according to the specific image, but how about some general working RANGES to start with?

I would leave the sharpening off in Capture One, instead sharpen with a better tool in CS,

Photokit,
Easy Sharp
Focalbalde
Flexsharp
Nik
Fractals Sharpening
Qimage 3D sharp

Some of us think the 'better' sharpening tool is in C1, but obviously sharpening is a very subjective matter and imo differences between 'tools' are minimal relative to differences in 'technique' (choosing appropriate values). Sharpening in CS does have the obvious advantage of being maskable, but for the capture sharpening stage this is irrelevant.
