Re: Can\'t Get It Down...

[ QUOTE ]
I'm also have problems with OS X Adobe Raw Plug-in. I got it to download, but when it uppacks, it says I don't have PS 7 (i have PS 7.0.1), or Elements 2.

Adobe tech support was no help...I was on the phone with them for an hour. They asked me to call back tomorrow and check to see if the problem has been resolved.

For those they have got it to work, did you encounter this problem???

I had the same behaviour and decided to reinstall PS 7. That did the trick, Camera RAW installed nicely after that.

A few quick tests show that I get better images with this software than Canon's own. I like it a lot already!

Re: Can\'t Get It Down...

Chris,
I have the same problem except that I have PS 7.0 and the install is looking for PS7.0.1. I tried the PS 7.0.1 download from Adobe but I can't get that to install either.

Install Question

I understand that the Adobe download manager is required and all but do I end up with a file on my PC that I can archive off to CD? I'd hate to spend $99 and have to do it again if the hard drive fails.

Ron
