Avian photographers who shoot a lot of birds in flight have had the most problems. The last few pages have the most interesting information.

RG has new tests on the camera with the new firmware installed. He says it doesn't fix the problem, except for a small part of it (when red square can't cover subject. Very disapointing:

Hi Jim,

I'm not so sure I would be that bummed. So far the MKIII we just tested outperforms anything I've seen on his site from the MKII N.
