Print times in Lightroom longer than Pshop CS3

Has anyone noticed this? With an Epson 4880, an 8x10 takes about 12 minutes in Lightroom to print, and the head seems to be pausing more. Pshop CS3 takes about 4.5 minutes same file. Highest quality (2880x1440; i.e print quality level "5") with "high speed" (bidirectional) turned on both times. Windows XP
