Buying R2400, 1st Paper ?

I am ready to purchase an Epson R2400

My interest is fine matte art papers, not glossy.

What paper should I start with to learn this machine. I Will initially purchase 8x10, 11x14, and 13x19

To get your feet wet I'd recommend Epson Enhanced Matte. It's reasonably priced and performs well. After you're comfortable with that then move on to Epson Ultrasmooth, Hahnemuhle photo rag, Moab Entrada, etc. They're more expensive but you'll probably love the results if you're into matte papers.

I was in the same situation last year and settled on Epson Premium Photo Luster paper. I also use Ilford Smooth Pearl. Each paper prints great.
