New P4500 and Print Suite

I just got my Fuji 4500 hooked up and I just installed PrintSuite. I'm confused about the color management. I loaded my custom monitor profile and my custom print profile into the color folder of the PrintSuite folder. I selected them into the color management dialog box in PrintSuite but my prints are still way off.
My color management with the Photoshop export driver is wonderful, I just can't seem to get PrintSuite going correctly.
