Epson 2200 / PS 7 PostScript print warning

I have an Epson 2200 (and 1270) printer with Photoshop 7.0.1 / OSX.

After clicking to send a file to my printer, a dialog box comes up (with Adobe / Photoshop logo) saying:

"Some PostScript specific print settings (Emulsion, Interpolation, Calibration, Encoding) will be ignored since you are printing to a non-PostScript printer."

This message comes up even when using Epson's defaults.
Any thoughts on what this is and how to correct it?

much appreciated,
Curtis

Curtis - Are you printing a postscript file from an application like Quark or InDesign or are you trying to print an image saved as an EPS file?

Nope. The box comes up in Photoshop for printing any file type: photshop / Tiff / etc.
All files give me this same warning.

(good thought though)

Curtis, check to make sure your interpolation, emulsion, etc. options are not on by default. Go to "Print with Preview". At the bottom, there is a pull-down menu which gives you two options: color management and Output. Select Output, and make sure all those check boxes are off.

Hey Dan,
They were (and are) all off.
Good suggestion though.
