The 2200 is great, and pretty easy on ink. There is a slight amount of bronzing on luster and gloss papers with it though. It really shines on matte paper, which is what I prefer. There are other printers with less of a bronzing issue, like my lowly Epson 820, but it's a smaller format and goes thru color cartridges like no one's business! Watch for factory refurb 2200's on the epson web page ($549) and that includes a USB cable and free shipping. B&H usually has them for the same price, but no cable and you'll pay about $30 shipping. I'd buy the 2200 again in a minute! Be sure to check out
www.atlex.com for ink and paper. The 2200 cart. are $8.90 each from them. Fast service and reasonable shipping charges.
