Photo Mosaic software???

There was a free program called Centarsia for creating photo-mosaics of the type asked for. I say "was" because the program is currently the subject of a legal dispute and no longer being distributed:

There are some download sites that say they still have the program, but it seems the few I tried linked back to the developer's site for the download, and the download is disabled.

I just found this software on line for PC. It is called Andrea Mosaic. It is free and I have been playing with it some. It allows you to use any image you want as the final image and any images you want as the cell images. So far the results are outstanding, and you can't beat the price...
