Green color cast in CS2

Hi all I am using photoshop cs2 and I am having a color problem. My images have a strong green cast to them while viewing in bridge and in cs2. On all of my other programs (Breese Browser/windows) the image color are fine and spot on. The only thing that seems to work is if I go to view-proof set up-and click on monitor rgb and I have to do this for every image I import. Doing this will get my images looking nomal before Photo shoping. I have been shooting in srgb and photo shop is set up for that color space. I am not a photo shop expert but I do have friends that are but this one has them stumped...Any help or idas would be great.....Thanks, Brian

Bridge and Photoshop are color managed applications, so they correct the image using the monitor profile. Your other programs may not. My first suggestion would be to (re)calibrate your monitor.

It is not evil to disable color management in the Adobe apps. It can really pay off in simplification of one's digital life.
