Recording from PC

Does anyone know of any software for PC that will record exactly what I am doing on screen, with a voice over - just like the Adobe video tutorials. I then need to create a CD from the recordings.

Thanks for the info but it's a bit on the expensive side! There are several options available for about a tenth of the price but they are too confusing for a non-techno person like me to understand what they do or require. So does anyone know how these things work and in laymans language tell me what are the basic things to look out for?
