Can not open raw file
Greetings - I'm new to Photoshop CS and have a question, I can't seem to open raw files in CS from my EOS 1D mark II do I need to down-load an up-date from the Adobe site? Thank you...

Yes. You need to download the latest version of Adobe CameraRAW plugin.
