1Ds with PM3: Previews?

With the 1Ds, I would like to save HD space by setting the camera to "RAW + JPG SMALL". From within PM3, if you click on the "aperture" icon to bring up the bigger preview image, does it matter to PM3 if that JPG is a small JPG, or should it be the bigger JPG setting, from within the 1Ds settings?

I notice that if I simply drag the PM3 window to take up the full 21" monitor screen, then the Preview image just keeps getting larger. And this is even when the 1Ds is set to SMALL JPG.

Any suggestions/thoughts?

PS. Is PM3 ColorSync savvy? Can you imbed profiles from within PM3?
