Paul,
You, I'm afraid have not seen the light! Let me try to put a perspective that is reasonable.

Asher - I have indeed taken the red pill, and know the light when I see it.
Yes my views are strongly held and based on decades of study of middle eastern politics, talking to United Nations officials, diplomats, Jewish and Arabic friends, and a former US Ambassador to Israel. My "plague on both their houses" was clearly directed at the violent extremists of both sides, not the general public, so please do not try to mi-represent my comments.
Once again, I believe you should be very careful in throwing about charges of anti-semitism, it reflects more on you and your viewpoint than it does on the other individual concerned. I also trust the ethics you so proudly present in your posts extends to the citizens of Palestine who are being systematically denied their lands, their homes and their fundamental human rights by an overwhelming military occupation.
as for the matter at hand, I too have directly talked to some of those involved in this case, and have more than casual information, leading to my reluctance to accept things on face value.
It seems you are going to have the last word in this regardless of what anyone writes, so I shall leave this thread at this point.
