I don't think any of the samples images they show with the story are in sharp focus. I find it hard to believe, but since it is just pixels in an array, perhaps there is a way mathematically to do this.

The theory is simple, however, I strongly believe pixels organization method is very complcated…this means, computer processing time is critical.

It's a similar idea to holograms. If you looked at the raw image file, it would look like garbage; you have to decode it to make a picture. What they don't mention is that it needs a 16MP camera but you only get a 1MP image (those numbers may not be exact, but you get the idea). TANSTAAFL
