As for the property being "private" or "public," please see my first post where I stated the current status of the law regarding this issue. When a entity opens its doors and solicits the patronage of the public, it cannot discrimate, based on race, occupation, religion or any other extraneous factor. This, of course, does not diminish the right of a business to assure that the public is not infringed upon in an objectionable manner. As a result, restrictions, short of exclusion, can be placed on the conduct of certain entities to assure that this does not occur. |
