Re: Any golfers in the mix? Question about camera bags

The extremely underrated, cheap and flexible Lowepro Trim Trekker has both shoulder and backpack straps *and* a draw unit on the bottom. I only have one because a local retailer had one in 'by accident'.

I think I may buy a 'spare' for when Lowepro drop it because its not selling - the reason it's not (in the UK at least) is because no one will stock them. Catch 22.

If I'll be walking a lot...... Newswear vest. Otherwise I use a Lowe-pro Orion.

Re: Any golfers in the mix? Question about camera bags

Kevin,
Thanks for the link for vestedinterest.com. I've just ordered an EOS 10D with a battery grip and two lenses 16mm-35mm and 70mm-200mm and a 2x telextender. I have been and will mostly being shooting spotnews for the local newspapers (disasters, fires, mv accidents...)and hope to get some freelance assignments once the digital system arrives. Have been using a Minolta X700 with prime lenses over the past 25+ years. Thanks for the suggestion.
