Casio Speeds Up/Ikonoskop Does Video and Stills/Leica Transition Troubles/iPhone Photo Apps
Casio U.S. announced today the High Speed Exilim EX-FH20 digital camera. Even though it’s a still camera it can record high-speed burst shooting at 40 fps and movies up to 1000 fps. This is a trend that Casio has helped pioneer. Now, we’re seeing more emphasis on video/movies even at the high end.

Speaking of video Ikonoskop has basically taken a 16mm video camera housing format and updated it for digital. In addition the A-cam dII is capable of capturing Raw data from 1 to 60 fps. This $10,000 wonder incorporates a sensor that is the same size as 16mm film.
