John Leongard took a different spin on negatives from the Masters of Photography. When he showed up at the Center for Creative Photography he caught everyone by surprise. He wasn't interested in photographing Weston's silver gelatin prints. Rather, he wanted to capture Weston's negatives. Leongard was attracted by the sheer beauty of those 8x10 sheets of processed film.
