27 May, 2008 - Epson 2880, HP LP3065 Monitor, Noise Reference Article and Moose Miles Hecker has just published a review of the
30" HP LP3065 monitor on his site. I second Miles' motion that when processing images destined to be large prints it's hard to beat having a 30" monitor, especially now that prices are no longer stratospheric and quality has increased.

Epson US has announced today the
Stylus Pro R2880 printer. It is a replacement for the popular 13" 2400 model, and will appear next month with a MSLP of $799. This new printer utilizes Vivid Magenta ink, as do Epson's Pro level printers, the 4880, 7880, 9880 and 11880. Makes one wonder when an 80 series Pro 3800 will come along.
