24 May, 2008 - Taping and Waterfalls
This is simply a heads-up that I have been mostly off-line for the past week and won't be adding new content now until the beginning of next week. The reason is that
Jeff Schewe and I were in
Niagara Falls on a shoot for a couple of days to create content for our new
Lightroom 2.0 video tutorial. Subsequently we have been sequestered in my gallery / studio taping this new multi-hour video.
Jeff has been a contributor to the development of both Photoshop and Lightroom since their beginnings. Among his other professional activities he is the publisher of Lightroom News, Photoshop News, and the co-author with the late Bruce Fraser of Real World Camera Raw.
Jeff and I were joined in Niagara by the world's leading expert in colour image preservation,
Henry Wilhelm, of
Wilhelm Imaging Research. An interview with Henry will appear in an upcoming issue of
The Luminous Landscape Video Journal.
The
Lightroom 2.0 tutorial will be the sixth educational video that Jeff and I have done in the past couple of years. It will be released simultaneous with the shipping version of 2.0.
