Interest in high quality pocket cameras remains as high as ever, but manufacturers continue mostly not to get it, with only Canon and Ricoh producing such cameras with raw capability.

Nick Devlin recently wrote a compelling article here on the Canon G9, and now Sean Reid has an in-depth report on the Ricoh Digital II on his subscription-only web site.

You and Jeff Schewe are a dynamic team, and your video tutorials are the obvious choice for Lightroom, fine art printing, and soon, as I understand, Camera Raw.

I have seen a dramatic increase in the quality of my prints and fully intend to keep up with all of your future tutorials."
